Everything is just that much better with cake, from parties to tea time with the family.  Who needs a special occasion to bake when you have a CAB Foods Premix in your pantry? Easy to bake and mouthwatering but it’s yummy to eat!

What to add: (500 g)

• Premix 500 g
• 4 eggs
• 200 ml water

What to add: (1 kg)

• Premix 1 kg
• 8 eggs
• 400 ml

Instructions:

• Add (4 eggs for 500g) (8 eggs for 1kg premix) and 200ml water into a mixing bowl
• Add 500 g or 1kg premix
• Mix and blend slowly with a electrical mixer
• Whisk fast for 10 minutes
• Fill prepared  tins 3/4 with batter
• Bake at 180°c for 10 – 15 minutes

500g makes 2 x 20cm cakes & 24 cupcakes

1kg makes 4 x 20cm cakes and 48 cupcakes
