Placing your order for delivery in the Cape Town, Cape Peninsula, East of Cape Town (Stellenbosch) and Cape Metropole

Standard delivery fees are R75 and will take 1-2 working days (this excludes weekend and public holidays). Please note that additional courier charges may be added for orders above 15kg. Once such orders are placed, our friendly sales team will contact you to notify you of the additional charge payable.

West Coast of the Western Cape

Standard delivery fees are R175 and will take 2-3 working days (this excludes weekend and public holidays). Please note that additional courier charges may be added for orders above 15kg. South East of Cape Town

Placing your order for delivery in the rest of South Africa
We deliver nationwide! Delivery costs are dependent on the size and weight of your order and are automatically calculated at checkout. These deliveries will take between 2-5 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays). Standard delivery fees start at R150.

Our couriers are non-refrigerated and we are therefore are unable to courier perishable products outside of the Western Cape. We can however courier items that are able to be refrigerated and frozen again once defrosted for example our ready-made icing and ready to bake premixes.

Placing your order for delivery outside of South Africa

In order to place an order for delivery outside of South Africa, kindly send us an email to sales@cabfoods.co.za or Whatsapp us on +27 83 845 4089 and we’ll provide you with a quotation. You are also welcome to place your order for collection at our Head Office, and have your own courier collect your order once you’ve been notified that it is ready for collection.

Arranging your own courier

If you have a preferred courier you’d like to use, or a friend, family member or college who will collect the order for you while you arrange your own courier, no problem! You are welcome to send your own courier to collect your order at our Head Office (Monchanel Farm, Bottelary Road, Stellenbosch) and we’ll coordinate with your chosen courier to ensure your items reach you safely and on time. Arrangements can be made via email on online@cabfoods.co.za, or by calling our head office on 021 981 6778. Alternatively you can WhatsApp us on +27 83 845 4089.

Please note this will still require a 1-2 day lead time.

FREE Collection In Store / Local Pick Up

If you love to shop at CAB Foods but are in a hurry to get home and cook and bake, we have the solution for you! Place your order online and our staff will pick and pack the stock for you! All you have to do is collect in store

Our aim is to have your order ready for collection that day, however it may not always be possible, we will be in contact with you should we have any stock issues with a solution to ensure you get your order on time and in full.
