Six layers of spongy and colourful deliciousness! We do all the work so you experience all the enjoyment. It’s so simple to make, but even better to eat! Make sure to get CAB Foods Rainbow Cake Premix.

What to add:

• Rainbow Cake Premix
• 6 Eggs
• 240 ml Milk
• 240ml oil or melted margarine

Instructions:

• Add 1 egg and 40ml oil or margarine into mixing bowl.
• Add 1 x 125g cake premix.
• Mix by hand or with a beater for 1 minute.
• Fill prepared tin with batter.
• Bake at 180’c for 10-15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
• Repeat mixing process for each colour.
