Vanilla Cake with Biscoff Filling

A simple vanilla cake, taken to the next level with Biscoff magic! Two soft vanilla layers filled with creamy Biscoff spread and crunchy biscuit pieces, then topped with more spread and crushed Biscoff for the ultimate treat. Perfectly easy, perfectly delicious!
Ingredients:
500g Vanilla Cake Mix (makes 2x18cm layer)
400g Biscoff Spread
200ml Fresh Cream
100g Biscoff Biscuits (8 - 10 Biscuits) (Half for filling and half for topping)
400g Biscoff Spread
- 3 - 4 Tablespoons for Filling
- 200g to cover cake
200ml Fresh Cream
100g Biscoff Biscuits (8 - 10 Biscuits) (Half for filling and half for topping)
Instructions:
Prepare the cake mix as per packet instructions.Allow cakes to cool completely on a cooling rack.
While the cakes are cooling, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in the Biscoff spread until smooth and creamy.
Place one cake layer on a serving plate.
Spread the Biscoff cream filling evenly over the layer.
Sprinkle with half of the crushed biscuits.
Place the second cake layer on top.
Heat up the rest of the Biscoff Spread and spread warmed Biscoff spread over the top of the cake.
Sprinkle with the remaining crushed biscuits for crunch.
