Remove Cookie Dough from freezer to thaw for ± 15 min.
Preheat oven to 180° C.
Divide dough into 4 balls.
Add a few drops of food coloring into all the balls of dough. Mix until coloring is evenly distributed.
Roll out the dough and stack the dough circles on top of each other.
Carefully roll the dough layers together to make a log shape. Roll log shape in sprinkles to add some sprinkles around the edges (Optional)
Wrap the log in wax paper and chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
Spray baking tray with non-stick spray.
Place on baking tray and bake for ± 10 minutes or until done.
