1. Melt butter and marshmallows over low heat and stir until melted.
2. Remove from heat and add puffed rice cereal and mix.
3. Using a buttered spatula, press the mixture evenly into a baking tray sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Let it cool and cut out rectangular shapes.
5. Prepare Chocolate Dip according to label instructions and add your food colouring.
6. Spread or dip the rectangular shapes in your chocolate dip, decorate with 6 Smarties and you have your own edible Lego blocks.
