Ingredients:
Chips and Toppings
Frozen Chips 1kg
Kasegrillers 500g or Jalapeno Kasegrillers 500g (sliced and pan-fried)
Bacon (cut into pieces and cooked until crispy)
Cheese Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk (whole milk works best)
1½ to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or grated cheese pizza mix)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Cook the fries in oil or air fryer until golden and crispy.Prepare the sausages and bacon in a pan or microwave.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour to form a smooth paste (this is your roux). Cook for 1–2 minutes to get rid of the raw flour taste.
Slowly pour in the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens—about 3–5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and any extras you like.
On a large platter, layer the fries, then drizzle with cheese sauce, add the sausage and bacon, and repeat.
Top with extra chives and a generous dollop of sour cream.
