Try this easy to make and even easier to enjoy Marshmallow Icing! It's a great alternative to icing sugar with all the deliciousness! Give it a try!
Ingredients:
20 Marshmallows
250ml CAB Creme
250ml CAB Creme
Instructions:
1. Add marshmallows and 250ml of CAB Creme to a bowl2. Microwave for 10 seconds at a time until the marshmallows are melted
3. Mix well until combined
4. Cover with clingwrap and allow to cool in the fridge for 30 mins
5. Remove from fridge and beat with electric mixer for 3 mins
6. Pipe onto cupcake and enjoy!
