Ingredients:
2x 150g Time Biscuit
100ml Melted Butter
1 x Nestle Condensed Milk 385g
125ml Natural Lemon Juice
Cheesecake Premix 500g
500ml White sugar
5 Eggs (Egg whites)

125ml Natural Lemon Juice
Cheesecake Premix 500g

5 Eggs (Egg whites)
Instructions:
rumb the Time biscuit and add melted butter together. Place the crumbed mixture into a loose bottom pan/ dish.Place Cheesecake premix and milk into a bowl. Whisk for 1 minute at low. Whisk on high speed for 5-6 Minutes.
In a bowl mix Condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth consistency.
Fold teh Condensed milk mixture into the Cheesecake mixture.
Spoon the mixture over the Crumb base.
Sift white sugar into a bowl.Add Egg whites into the bowl and whisk until stiff peaks.
Spoon the Meringue over the Cheesecake. With a blowtorch toast the meringue.
