Croissant Casserole

Spoil Dad This Father's Day with a Croissant Casserole Breakfast! š„ Start Fatherās Day off right with a delicious and hearty breakfast that Dad will love.
Ingredients:
6 baked Croissants
6 slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 large Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.2. Slice the baked Croissants in half horizontally to create top and bottom halves. Arrange the bottom halves evenly in the prepared baking dish, with the cut sides facing up.
3. Sprinkle the Bacon evenly over the Croissants in the baking dish.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Milk, Salt, and Pepper until well combined.
5. Pour the Egg mixture evenly over the Croissants and Bacon in the baking dish. Make sure the liquid is distributed evenly.
6. Sprinkle the Grated Cheese over the top of the Casserole.
7. Place the top halves of the Croissants over the cheese, cut sides facing down, to create a sandwich-like layer.
8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
9. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
10. Once done, let the casserole cool slightly before slicing and serving.
