Instructions:
Bacon Mac & Cheese:Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux.
Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens (about 3–5 minutes).
Stir in 1½ cups of cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Bacon Wrapped Cheesy Kasegrillers:
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Cut each bacon slice in half and wrap it around a sausage. Secure with a toothpick.
Place on a foil-lined baking tray.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden.
Serve warm—watch them disappear in minutes!
Bacon Corn Bread:
Prepare the cornbread batter as per package instructions.
Cook bacon and stir in the crumbled bacon and cheese.
Pour into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake for the recommended time (usually 20–25 minutes) or until golden and cooked through.
Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with butter, soup, or enjoy it solo—it's that good!
