Callebaut is proud to have become the preferred Belgian chocolate brand of chefs around the world. Callebaut is known for its legendary workability and taste. The brand has empowered chefs and artisans to craft at their best since 1911. To achieve a perfectly balanced and round taste, we blend cocoa beans from 3 different countries of origin: Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador. Whole bean roasting technology is used to bring out the optimal flavour of each bean.
Callebaut N° W2 is as Belgian as can be, since it’s predominately made with milk from cows grazing on Belgian pastures and sugar from locally grown sugar beets.
