A simple-to-use stainless steel cake tester is used to help you track the progress of your cake during the baking process. To use, insert the cake tester into the centre of your cake, if comes out clean it means your cake is ready, but if it still contains wet batter and crumbs- your cake is not ready and should be allowed to bake for longer.
