- 4 Eggs
- 260 ml Oil
- 260 ml Milk
Instructions:Â
- Place (1 egg, 90ml oil, 90ml milk for 250g) (4 eggs, 260ml oil, 260ml milk for 800g) and premix into a mixing bowl
- Mix with hand or with a beater for 1 minute
- Fill prepared tins 1/4 with batter
- Bake at 180°c for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

Based on our findings, the estimated baking times for different pan sizes are as follows. Keep in mind that oven temperatures and models can vary.
- 20cm Pan – 20-25 minutes
- 24cm Pan – 15-20 minutes
- 26cm Pan – 10-15 minutes
- 28cm Pan – 10-15 minutes
- 12-Cupcake Pan – 10-15 minutes
- 24-Cupcake Pan – 15-20 minutes
