Back bacon is a leaner bacon cut produced from quality salt-cured pork. Keep Frozen. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within best before date. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Cooking instructions:

Pan fry – Preheat pan to medium heat. Fry until preferred crispiness is reached.

Oven – Preheat oven to 200°c. Roast for approximately 8-10 minutes until preferred crispiness is reached.
