We will update you via email at every step of the process. These include when we receive your order, when we receive your proof of payment, when your order has been dispatched and when your order has been delivered.
All our deliveries are done by our courier partner DSV. For all orders above R500, FREE delivery applies. The standard cost varies between R60 - R150 while express cost varies between R90 - R180. Items that weigh more than 25kg will add an additional R50.00 charge. Base rates apply to local deliveries and main centres while the higher rates apply to outlying regions. The cost could also fluctuate based on the weight of your total order.
Delivery will usually take approximately 3-5 working days, once we have received your proof of payment and your order has been processed. The delivery time will also largely depend on where you are situated.
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Where you are situated will however influence the cost and time of delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not take returns. The reason is that once your order has left our warehouse it is mostly beyond our control. The majority of our products are food items and therefore we cannot accept any products back from customers. If we do we would be unable to take accountability for what might have happened to them after leaving our warehouse. We trust you understand this decision.
