You have the option of collecting your online order from one of our five retail stores at no additional charge. For more information on our store’s trading hours and locations, feel free to click here.
We will update you via email at every step of the process. These include when we receive your order, when we receive your proof of payment, when your order has been dispatched and when your order has been delivered.
Due to variable costs of fulfillment, CAB Foods reserves the right to charge a supplementary courier fee for orders heavier than 15kg, larger than 50x50x62 cm or that require outlying regional delivery. Should the above apply to your order, the CAB Foods Online Department will contact you with a quote. FREE delivery applies to orders over R650 that are not affected by the supplementary fee conditions. The standard cost for delivery of orders under R650 that are not affected by the supplementary fee varies between R90 - R180, depending on delivery address  
Delivery takes approximately 3-10 working days, depending on delivery address, from the time we have received your proof of payment.
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Where you are situated will however influence the cost and time of delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not take returns. The reason is that once your order has left our warehouse it is mostly beyond our control. The majority of our products are food items and therefore we cannot accept any products back from customers. If we do we would be unable to take accountability for what might have happened to them after leaving our warehouse. We trust you understand this decision.
